Funeral Services

ICBCS coordinates with the Islamic Community of Greater Houston (ISGH) to provide Islamic funeral services to the local community. While ISGH is the primary contact for the process, we ask that you email board@icbcs.org so that our local team can support you with Janazah announcements, du’a & condolences requests, etc.

ISGH Funeral Process

ISGH offers a considerate and compassionate process for reporting a death, encompassing the transfer of the deceased, washing (ghusul), shrouding (kafan), Salat-ul-Janaza, and burial in their final resting place. We are committed to guiding families through the steps involved in reporting a death at our Islamic funeral home. Our services are crafted to align with proper Islamic practices and guidelines. We pray for Allah SWT’s mercy to be with the departed. Ameen.
